Scuba Schools International (SSI) is a global scuba diving training organization, well respected for its high standards and wide range of training programs suitable for all levels of divers.

Here is an overview of the main training programs offered by SSI and CAP Port-Vendres

Recreational diving course

• Try Scuba : An introductory diving program for beginners, offering a first diving experience in a pool or in a natural environment supervised by an instructor.
• Open Water Diver : The basic course for beginners, including theory modules, pool sessions, and open water dives. It allows divers to be certified to dive to a depth of 18 meters.
• Advanced Adventurer : This course allows certified Open Water divers to explore different diving specialties. It includes five adventure dives in various disciplines, such as night diving, deep diving, underwater navigation, etc.

Diving programs for young people

• SSI Junior Open Water Diver : Designed for young divers (aged 10 to 14), this program offers child-friendly training with specific depth limits and supervision requirements.

Registration for any of our courses does not guarantee certification of a specific level.
Additional dives are sometimes required.
