The CCR FX CCR ®

The FX CCR is a ccr management PPO2

CE certified (EN 14143), it is approved up to 40 meters with air diluent and up to 100 meters with Trimix.

The unit remains lightweight: 11 kg in travel configuration, 14 to 16 kg ready to dive with a tank 2-liter carbon or steel oxygen
The Shearwater electronics—controller (Petrel 3), HUD, and DIVECAN system (electronic piloting)—maintain the PPO2 at the programmed set point.
The mouthpiece is equipped with a BOV (Bail Out Valve); switching to Bail Out (Open Circuit) operation is possible without changing the mouthpiece.

Worn on the chest, the FX allows diving in backmount or sidemount for carrying diluent and/or tank .

The Fx CCR is compact and ventral, its integrated electronics reduce mental load and facilitatessiin CCR.

CCR Triton ®

The ccr TRITON® is a ccr developed by M3S ventral mechanical , the only ccr on the market designed in France. It is the only ccr mechanically controlled approved for use in the 0-100m zone (CE standard EN 14143:2013) .

The ccr also offers extended autonomy thanks to a compact oxygen tank of only 1.5 l climbed under the machine, accompanied by a diluent tank used as a emergency reserve.

Its versatility manifests itself by its ventral design, offering the freedom to choose between a backmount configuration ( tank in the back with a stabilizer vest Classithat) or Sidemount ( tank (s) attached to the side using a specialized harness).

The Triton® has another advantage: its featherweight of only 12 kg ready to dive, making the lightest and most versatile machine on the market.

What is a ccr ?

We breathe in a closed circuit. CO₂ is absorbed by the lime, the consumed oxygen is replaced, and the remaining gas circulates in the loop. Few bubbles, and the air is warmer and more humid than in an open circuit.
The two machines at the center—Triton and FX CCR—do this, one mechanically, the other electronically.

What are the interests at stake here?

Greater autonomy at the same depth, often more comfortable decompression, less cold, and silence in the face of the reserve's wildlife.
This isn't just for deep trimix diving: photographers and marine biologists also find itssi .

What changes compared to an open circuit?

Buoyancy is no longer regulated by lung pressure as is commonly done. Rigorous setup and checks are essential. A bailout gas system is always carried. The machine assists, but it does not replace the proper procedure.

Who are the internships for?

Divers already comfortable with nitrox, often N2/N3 or equivalent depending on the course level.
Minimum age of eighteen according to TDI. A half-day introductory session allows you to try it before committing.

Do you need your own machine?

For a full certification, you generally need your own equipment, or a rental for the duration of the training. At the CAP (Certificate of Professional Competence), training is provided on Triton and FX.
Mention this when you first contact us: equipment availability and dates will be arranged together.

Waterproof and sidemount, is that mandatory?

No. These are separate ccr. specialties . They often help with comfort in CCR (cold, back, configuration), they are not reserved for

Where is it taking place?

Theory in the rooms at Anse Gerbal, sea departure from the pontoon — reserve, Cap Béar or wrecks depending on weather. O₂/diluent inflation on site.

Triton or FX CCR?

The Triton is mechanical, a French design (M3S). The FX is electronic (iQsub), with Shearwater and a BOV (Boost Over Valve). Both are equally quiet, but offer two ways to equip yourself. The patent is tied to the specific unit: switching between them requires an additional component (crossover).
